Published here in full is the legal advice Thanet District Council sought on the CPO!
It’s interesting that this legal advice was only signed off 10/12/14 (last Wednesday!) just a day before the Cabinet meeting. This was far later than action by officers. Also of note is the fact that TDC’s legal advice disagrees with that which RiverOak sought.
